It uses latest generation stress relief heat treatment as well as sandblasting and painting advanced plants.

CPS has developed a big department for welding construction. Certified according ISO 3834-2. The company is able to perform weldment with several techniques. Starting from GTAW, trough SMAW and GMAW manual and automatic welding by means of welding robots. CPS is also equipped with two submerged arc, with single or tandem technology. Standard and narrow gap.
The company is able to perform internally Heat Treatment, Sandblasting and Painting. These three facilities have the same size, 8 meters wide and high, with a length of 20 meters. Internal and external non destructive testing completes the department capabilities assembled units.
